This means: for every indexed characteristic, a random-sample statistic on the quality of that characteristic is available at all times. Level of detail of the real estate market data
For every property, the database contains information on location, property type, area, prices, quality, market acceptance and age (if specified). Availability of the real estate price data
The real estate market data is available across Germany. Our real estate price data is available from 2012 onwards. A spatial overview in the form of price level maps or rent level maps for the residential property market is provided by our regularly updated real estate price maps.
Access and licence
Licences for the market database are available from district level upwards. For access and data retrieval, we recommend VALUE Analyst. We will also be happy to provide your database extract in established spreadsheet and database formats (licence models, in German).
