So zeigt Seehase u. a. anschaulich\u00a0die Heterogenit\u00e4t des Zeiteffekts Ihrer Modelle, d.h. die r\u00e4umlich\u00a0differenzierte Mietpreis\u00adentwicklung von oberen und unteren Marktsegmenten im Stadtgebiet.
