Dazu wurden rund 278.000 Mietangebote, 72.300 Kaufangebote f\u00fcr Eigentumswohnungen und\u00a011.800 Kaufangebote f\u00fcr Mehrfamilienh\u00e4user zwischen April 2015 und M\u00e4rz 2016 ausgewertet und um Daten zur Haushaltskaufkraft erg\u00e4nzt.
