Based on innovative and flexible technologies, the continuous availability of detailed and undistorted information on the structure and prices of the real estate market is guaranteed.<\/p>\n<p>In 2011, empirica-systeme GmbH was founded as a spin-off from empirica ag. On 12 December 2019, the shareholders of empirica-systeme sold 100 per cent of their shares to the Hypoport Group. With effect from 20 December 2019, empirica-systeme GmbH merged with Value AG the valuation group.
